My love for dogs has been strong my entire life. As a child, I remember having multiple dogs of multiple breeds, but one dog always stood out to me. I remember the bond my father had with this particular dog, a black lab named Fritz. It didn’t matter if he went duck hunting, goose hunting, pheasant hunting, camping, fishing, or just hanging out in the garage, Fritz was there. It was then that I realized that this breed of dogs can do it all.

As an avid pheasant hunter, I loved seeing a pointing lab. Just another thing to add to their already do-it-all resume. This led me to buying and breeding labs that have long proven lines with natural pointing ability.
