Hammond's Pointing Labs

Reign is our beautiful, black female. She has a tight, sleek black coat. Reign weighs around 56 pounds. She’s out of a 4XGMPR x 4XGMPR breeding and definitely shows. She really excels in the retriever games. Reign shows high prey drive and excellent marking and retrieving. She’s highly intelligent and has a high desire to please. She loves to train, hunt wild birds (whether upland or water fowl), and she will also climb on your lap and be the loving lab you’re so proud of. She has started to show some natural point this year. I’m hoping with some more experience this gene in her will start to really show.

Oakley is a beautiful, medium-coat yellow lab. She weighs around 58-62 pounds throughout the year. Oakley earned her Certified Pointing Retriever title at 2 years old. She has been a natural pointer since a young age, and every year her point gets stronger. She also has great retriever skills and desire. When not playing fetch or chasing wild birds, Oakley loves to cuddle up and take naps. She has a great off-switch and is just an outstanding overall lab that checks all the boxes. In her first litter, she has passed all her great qualities onto her pups. I can’t say enough good things about Oakley; she’s the first pointing lab I’ve owned, and she’s surpassed all my expectations.

Jiggz was bred by Jeff Swackhamer owner of Orion Kennels in Frankfort Indiana. Jeff strives to produce the perfect Labrador Retriever. Jiggz is a great example of his efforts. He is a tremendous family dog and loves our Grandchildren. When in the field Jiggz has the drive and passion that hunters love to see. He is a very intelligent dog and was very easy to train!
